Maureena L Benavides, MA, LPC, Licensed Professional Counselor in Midland
My genuine compassion and honest, straight-forward approach will be there to guide you in your counseling journey. I will approach you with respect and encourage you along the way, openly listening to your concerns and offering you real life tools you can use to make changes. Together we will discover the obstacles in your life that are preventing you from experiencing more joy and peace and work to create the amazing life you dream of.
As an educator for over 12 years, I enjoy working with even the most challenging children, teens and their families- helping parents of all types through parenting groups. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation, LGBTQ issues and helping couples and individuals create more fulfilling lives.
Our counseling center is an oasis in Midland with grounds offering a meditation garden, fountain and private path for a calm, relaxing space to meet and reflect. Counseling is your first step as you learn to make yourself, your relationships and your family a priority.
