These patterns are often not recognized as problematic and can contribute to making "poor decisions" such as substance abuse, overeating, blaming, relationship problems etc.... By resolving these issues and changing these patterns clients can discover personal growth, happiness & improved satisfaction with their lives.
I provide individual & partner counseling & therapy for a wide variety of conditions including mood/anxiety management, substance abuse treatment recovery & aftercare, trauma resolution, relationship counseling and attachment based parenting skills.
