Since 2013 I have successfully helped many adults, teens and children to resolve many issues such as focal dystonia, sleeplessness, fears and phobias, procrastination, unhealthy food & exercise habits, creative blocks, job loss/change, as well as anxiousness stemming from past traumas such as deaths, divorce, dysfunctional family, and more.
Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of relaxed focus which allows the mind to more readily absorb and implement desired healing and change. Anyone can be hypnotized who wants to be and clients are always in control of what they choose to do or say while in a hypnotic state. With practice, anyone can learn and use the powerful tools of self hypnosis.
