I specialize in the areas of anxiety, infertility, parenting challenges, relationship/marital conflict, and childhood/adult trauma. I have been working with teenagers and adults for over 15 years and have expertise in the approaches of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, interpersonal, relational, and trauma-based/attachment therapies. I value humor, connection, open communication/feedback, collaboration, and transparency in my relationship with clients.
Sessions are being offered over video or in-person. In person appointments are held at my office location in Stevenson, MD which is a quick 20 minute or less drive from the Hampden/Baltimore City areas!
