I strive to make my office a safe place from which to explore the obstacles interfering with your ability to lead a happy and satisfying life. I believe that much emotional stress stems from attention to fearful assumptions which can distract us from our present experience. By recognizing strengths and honing insight, I can help you resolve fears, make thoughtful decisions, improve your mood and sense of ownership over your experiences.
I have successfully worked with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss and self esteem. My trainings have been with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I am also a certified Yoga teacher.
