Kristi Richert, Coach, CDWF in Edmonds
What is your biggest challenge that, if overcome, would completely change your life? If it was simply a matter of knowing the answer to this question, everyone would be living exactly the life they desired. In reality, "knowing" is only half of the journey. Working together, we will co-create a partnership to explore your opportunities and challenges, making space in your life for the future that you desire. I believe that everyone can and should be living the life of their dreams, because, after all, this is not a dress rehearsal!
I work with people who refuse to be content with settling--people who want to squeeze every last drop out of this amazing thing called "life". Coaching is ideal for healthy individuals seeking to discover and cultivate present and future wellness, wholeness and purposeful living--both personally and professionally.
Partnering with people who know there is something more that they want and collaborating with them to cultivate a life of energy, purpose and inspiration is what lights me up and fuels my soul. If this sounds like you, I can't wait to hear from you!

The Gifts of Imperfection

***Winter registration is now OPEN*** In making the journey from "what will people think" to "I am enough", we get hands on and messy in this course. It's amazing, and tough, and wonderful all wrapped up into one brilliantly powerful experience where you'll have the chance to not only practice courage and vulnerability, but to also be part of an incredible community building a movement towards living a wholehearted life. (This six-week group consists of at-home reading, group discussion, and in-person mixed-media art journaling. No previous artistic experience needed!)

The Daring Way

***Fall groups now full. Winter 2016/17 Groups Forming Soon*** The Daring Way is a highly experiential methodology created by and based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent and lead. I am greatly honored to have been a member of the very first cohort of The Daring Way training and certification program.
