Mindy Gorman-Plutzer, CHC, CEPC, AADP in New York
Wouldn't you love to know WHAT to eat, HOW to eat and WHY your past efforts haven't brought you sustainable results? Wouldn't you love to know that you can transform your relationship with food from one that is mired in fear and confusion to one that is joyous, loving and free? The Freedom Promise programs will give you powerful insight and strategies related to letting go of disordered eating behaviors and limiting beliefs that keep you tied to a toxic relationship with food. You will examine what you eat and who you are as an eater.
Clients improve their relationship with food as they transform their health and their bodies. Strategies include a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, a mind-body approach to nutrition, and a positive approach to challenges with food, weight and health. Clients experience results that are nourishing and sustainable.
As a woman with strong recovery from many years of disordered eating behaviors, I received certifications as a health coach and eating psychology coach. My coaching program is compassionate and nonjudgmental as I have been where you are. Willpower hasn't worked - empowered choice does. You can succeed.

7 Weeks 7 Steps to Food Freedom

We will powerfully transform your relationship with food from one that is mired in confusion to one that is joyous, loving and free. Using my newly published book, The Freedom Promise, we look at how limiting beliefs and fear keeps us boxed in to a toxic relationship with food; explore not only what to eat but how, why and when to eat; and learn how stress impacts our metabolism and develop a new set of skills to rely on when life gets in the way. Limited to 6 participants, we'll meet weekly for 90 minutes.
