Your self-awareness, self-esteem, mental health, and independence are my goals.
I am experienced in the areas of mood struggles, self-control, relational interactions, and trauma. I work with individuals of varying ages and have 25 years experience helping teenagers and families. I have also received training in the three levels of Gottman Method of couples counseling and parenting. I provide teletherapy only.
