Therapy is a healing process I am honored to experience with my clients. I often treat people experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, postpartum depression, PTSD or other trauma related issues including sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse, divorce issues, forgiveness, and/or other relationship issues. We work together to help you develop the skills and tools you need to overcome difficulties and find contentment and peace. I believe the healing and growth of a client is supported in a therapeutic relationship of genuineness, compassion, caring, and unconditional positive regard.

I use evidence-based treatments, primarily drawing from cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies to help people overcome, heal, and grow from difficult times of stress, trauma, or sadness. I enjoy helping clients identify their strengths and discover solutions. I will challenge you and ask you to work in therapy too.
