I believe that the capacity for healing is stimulated and reinforced by interpersonal connections. My aim as a psychotherapist is to provide a supportive and safe environment where open expression and exploration of thoughts and feelings can freely take place. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Addiction Counselor trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, motivational interviewing, and multiple behavioral therapies. I have prior experience as a therapist at a psychoanalytic institute and as an addiction counselor at both an inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment facility.

With better awareness, we can identify life goals, change undesirable behaviors, improve relationship patterns and achieve greater self-acceptance. A positive therapeutic relationship can create an opportunity for insight, growth, and personal fulfillment. The goal is to help you realize your full potential in every capacity of your life.

I integrate a variety of therapeutic methods to help individuals explore relationship patterns and overcome emotional conflicts. As an LCSW and CAC, I aid those who are going through life changes, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, as well as those afflicted with addiction and impulse control disorders.
