Carol L Williams, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Round Lake
Are you longing for emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual health? Are there unresolved issues preventing you from achieving personal satisfaction and healthy relationships? Do you struggle daily with anxiety, poor mood, a lack of motivation and confidence? Or do you simply want to explore your unique life purpose, improve marital or parenting relationships, recover from painful losses? My practice is based in a firm belief in our God-given capacity for change and health not in turning personal life struggles into a medical pathology. My mission is to come along side my clients as they journey toward wholeness and health.
Special interests are couples therapy, anxiety and depressive disorders, divorce recovery, emotional abuse and neglect. If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, I would love to help you achieve your goals.
People are physical, emotional & spiritual beings. My assessments & treatments incorporate all three aspects of being. If spiritual exploration is important to you, I can help. If you're seeking a Biblically-based Christian counseling approach, I am a member in good standing of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
