I have been working in the behavioral health field for over 20 years, providing therapy both on an inpatient basis and in private practice. I utilize evidence-based treatment modalities as appropriate, including ACT, CBT, ERP, and mindfulness. Underlying all of these modalities, I implement a client centered approach.

I offer individual therapy for adults and adolescents, and am particularly interested in treating OCD and related anxiety disorders.
