Jonathan Stein, MA, RDT, CTP in Hadley
For over two decades, I have been working with individuals who are committed to moving through their pain and confusion to meet the many challenges of modern day life with courage, confidence, resilience and heart. I help my clients become the champions of their own healing and personal transformation by supporting them in the development of inner resources leading to deep trust in themselves, confidence to move through their hard times, and a life filled with joy and meaning.
My specialties include helping people work through challenges relating to grief and loss, self-esteem, harsh inner critic, reparenting one's self, existential angst, relationships, shadow-work, men's work, communication skills, and how to thrive in a chaotic and quickly changing world.
Drawing on extensive training, clinical experience and knowledge of transpersonal psychologies including but not limited to Focusing, Internal Family systems Therapy (IFS), and Drama Therapy, I guide my clients through their life challenges and toward the emergent peace and joy that arises from obtaining deep confidence and trust in "Being".

Coming Home to Grief: A Creative Arts Experience

The 8-week Coming Home to Grief program is a transformational workshop that offers a safe space for members of the group to express their story using oral story, poetry, collage, sand tray, physical movement, drama, music, and ritual. Participants will be guided through a personal process that will allow them to recognize the loss(es) they are dealing with, experience the feelings connected with their loss and suffering, adjust to a new world, and to help in reconstructing a new relationship with whoever or whatever they lost. You don't need to be an artist or performer to join!
