When you seek the emotional growth that you deserve, you will experience change and improvements in your relationships. The therapeutic process will push you beyond the limits of your comfort; but at the end of the journey, you will experience growth, change in perspective, increase self-awareness and increase coping skills to improve the quality of your life. We are a private practice group that provides general psychotherapy treatment such as anxiety, depression and also specializes in women's maternal mental wellbeing such as postpartum, infertility and stillbirth. We are dedicated to restoring our client’s mental wellbeing.
Our primary goal is to meet the clients where they are without posing any judgment. This allows freedom for discovery, hope, fulfillment by establishing healthy thinking, healthy feeling, and healthy behaving. We use CBT, IPT, Positive Psychology, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and EFT.
Life challenges/disappointments often disrupt one’s sense of wholeness, sometimes making it unbearable to connect with others and be our true selves. Together we can identify and shift the patterns that are preventing you from experiencing yourself as more confident and emotionally fulfilled.
