Mindfulness-based body-centered psychotherapy is my primary approach to psychotherapy. I sprinkle in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate. Upon request, I also enjoy integrating spirituality based on your value system. I am a holistic psychotherapist and do not push medication; instead I support my clients in using psychotherapy and integrative medical physicians to heal.
