I have dedicated my life to understanding our collective human experience; and each individual's unique perspective. I am person-centered and humanistic in my approach to therapy, which allows for a natural rapport and trust to take seed. Talk therapy can help us navigate through challenging life experiences. Through this introspective process we can become open to facing our fears and vulnerabilities.
Our therapeutic relationship is premised on learning the greatest lessons that allow for other and self-compassion, cohesion and eventual self-mastery. The tools that I use to accomplish this include: a narrative focus or the art of self-storytelling, being goal oriented yet flexible, committed and consistent.
