My ideal client is an adult who is stuck in a negative pattern in their life and needs some help getting "unstuck." These negative patterns can show up as addictions, PTSD, unhappy relationships, depression, insomnia, abusive relationships and work problems, among others. I have a passion for working with addiction, especially sex addiction in all aspects. This includes helping clients find sobriety, making new and healthy connections, and dealing with the root causes of addiction.
I take a significantly different and holistic approach to help clients that are dealing with addiction. If this is your issue, we will breakdown how your addiction works and design a recovery plan that is uniquely yours. There is no "right or wrong" way to treat addiction. We'll find what works for you.
I work with the affected families. I love helping couples learn new ways to communicate. Seeing them stop their power struggles and become allies for one another is especially gratifying.
