Our small group practice specializes in mentoring and coaching, a relatable and effective modality for teens, young adults, and adults. Through your real-life experiences, mentors model and teach coping tools, life skills, and track desirable habits. The nature of this approach is relational, practical, and strategic. We cultivate a trusting relationship with you, which we believe is foundational to change and personal growth. We use methods such as Motivational Interviewing, DBT, psychoeducation, and mindfulness practices to help you develop insight and make informed decisions. We welcome neurodiverse and neurotypical clients.
Helping you understand yourself with more clarity while experiencing a sense of care and connection is our specialty. We value humor and playfulness, considering it a vital part of the work. We can be both nurturing and challenging at the same time! With our hands-on approach, we take action together because getting started can be an enormous challenge.
Our team has experience with a wide range of disorders including ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. We enjoy working with individuals experiencing major life transitions and those needing scaffolding with their executive functions such as planning, organizing, emotional regulation, time management, getting started, and following through.
