Guided Meditation Art Therapy Group on Zoom
I am leading a Creative Healing Art Therapy Group. The sessions include a guided meditation, a creative art therapy experience, and a discussion to explore and process your art work together. The art experiences include drawing, painting and collage. The purpose of the guided meditations is to relax the mind so that it’s easier to access the deeper wisdom from within. The purpose of creative art therapy is to expand self-understanding and offer insight not available through other means. .Wednesday mornings from 9:00 - 10:30, Monday or Thursday afternoons from 3:30 - 5:00. EST.
