The Foundation for Learning and Inspiring Health and Healing (FLIHH) is an exiting new venture for founder Sheri Damon, LMHC. Building on her effective and successful practice formerly known as Alternative Consultation, Counseling and Training (ACCT), FLIHH will continue to strive to achieve the highest standards in behavioral health care, training and consultation through a mind-body focused approach incorporating proven strategies to achieve overall wellness. Inspired by the "Butterfly Effect" each small change made by the people who experience FLIHH will have a positive impact on him/her and the world around us!
FLIHH provides treatment for Eating Disorders and Technology Addiction/developing a healthy relationship with technology with teens, young adults and adults as well as strategy-focused therapy to address other mental health needs such as anxiety or depression. FLIHH also provides experiential learning opportunities for individuals, businesses, and organizations to promote wellness and prevent illness.
