My job is to help you connect to your inner experience, and to provide an atmosphere of tolerance and curiosity where we explore it together. The process itself generates insight and emotional awareness. From there we work to transform what you're learning about yourself into positive change and self-assertion.
Because no two clients are the same, I use a variety of approaches, adapting my style to the unique needs, struggles and goals of each individual. Deep, attentive listening is always at the heart of my practice, as is a collaborative spirit.
