The process of facing the aspects of life that have been avoided comes naturally when a safe therapeutic environment is create and individuals are empowered. This is also the process that I utilize in children's, family and couples therapy, while incorporating how attachment issues affect relationships, and communication skills.
I have a broad spectrum of experience, from working at County Mental Health with the most serious cases, to doing EMDR with successful professionals for performance enhancement, to working in the school systems with children with autism. I also offer walking sessions if you prefer to be out in nature.
