Tara J Nolan, MSW, MEd, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Phoenix
Have you lost the sense of joy in your relationship or career? Do you feel unsatisfied but are not even sure what to change? If you are striving to create a more effective and fulfilling life, then your experience with me will be life changing! For over 25 years I have been working with men, women, and couples providing them the tools and encouragement to become their best selves and bring their talents to everything they do. I practice from a Christian viewpoint which couples truth with grace to help my clients create peace in their lives, worth celebrating!
I am an LCSW with two Master's degrees in mental health, an M.S.W. from Loyola university of Chicago and an M.Ed. in counseling from NAU. I also practice Brainspotting, a technique to support clients in accessing inner thoughts and feelings, combined with biofeedback and mindfulness practices.
I specialize in the practice of Life Coaching. For more information on the differences between traditional therapy and the new, exciting practice of life coaching, please visit my website: PhoenixLifeCoach.com. There you can listen to an informative radio interview in which I introduce you to my successful approach.
