My areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, caregiver support and adjustment difficulties.
I am especially passionate about helping those who have been impacted by brain injury, dementia, chronic illness, or stroke. Life events of this magnitude can leave a person or their caregiver with intense feelings of depression, anxiety and stress. I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families in these circumstances.
