I have experience using Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I previously worked at The Renfrew Center of NY as a primary therapist in their Day Treatment Program and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). I was also the IOP Team Leader at MBHA Eating Disorder Treatment Center.
My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, empathetic and nonjudgmental atmosphere where my clients can feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings. I completed my graduate degree at Fordham University. I also serve on the board of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) NY chapter.
