I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, adjustment, illness, grief/loss, maternal and reproductive health issues (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum issues), the experience of parenting special needs children, end of life care, and aging/ caregiving issues.
I work from a variety of perspectives including ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and EMDR and CPT. I work with you to find the most effective approach for your life. Often this is a combination of looking at how past events affect your present, as well as implementing effective coping skills for current stressors.
