With couples, I provide the safe, judgement-free- environment needed to resolve difficult relationship issues and enhance communication skills for you and your partner to use beyond the completion of therapy.
I have several years' experience working with individuals, adolescents, and couples in changing maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors. Since our thoughts create our reality. I use a number of therapuetic modalities, (CBT, EMDR, IFS and psychodynamic approaches) to address trauma and addiction, depression and anxiety, as well as relationship issues.
I have several years experience as a health professional. Individuals seeking treatment for insomnia or adjustment issues related to a medical diagnosis are welcomed.
