I work with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, family strain, trauma recovery, and the desire for greater peace and happiness. Together we will define and design your "special recipe" for balance, ease, and joy. I help people tap in to their own wisdom for healing and making their dreams manifest.

I have unique training in science and both clinical practice. My approach is integrative and eclectic as I deeply believe all systems within a person need attention and care. We will look at all aspects of your life, internal and external, to strengthen you from the inside out.
