Welcome and hello! My name is Janelle. I'm a therapist, a mom, a partner, and just your average messy human. I love what I do and I love the people I get to spend time with each day. I believe that all who enter my office have their own wisdom and truth and I work to find that and teach you how to trust it. I use tools and resources to help you feel whole and congruent and to go forward with your own power. We'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll heal. It'll sometimes be uncomfortable. But I promise you won't be alone.

I believe people change and heal best in a safe relationship. I also believe that talk therapy is limited and by itself doesn't lead to the healing most desire. For that reason I combine traditional talk therapy with other methods that take healing deeper: EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Art therapy.

I look forward to meeting you just as you are. I look forward to witnessing you and your growth! You are not broken, though you may feel that way now. And, healing is possible. Patterns that aren't serving you any longer can be changed, self love can return, safety can be relearned.
