In addition to my credentials as a therapist, I have 17 years of training and experience in yoga and meditation practices. I can competently guide you in evidence-based mindfulness techniques. I can really relate to what my clients go through and have found these practices so helpful in my own healing journey.
I see individual adult clients (18 and up) with issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma and abuse, grief and loss, co-dependency, adjustment to life events and change, or challenges of living with neurodivergence, like ADHD, autism or giftedness.
