I work collaboratively with my clients on individualized goals and treatment approaches. I use a client-centered, humanistic approach and draw upon a variety of research-based modalities and therapuetic strategies that best suit each client. The end goal is to restore emotional well being.
I am Certified in EMDR which is a treatment approach that helps resolve effects of trauma, enhance relaxation, self-regulation and performance enhancement. I am trained in The Meadows' Post Induction Therapy Treatment Model which effectively helps people resolve relational trauma. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, parents and adults.
