I work collaboratively with clients to determine the best approach to support them in meeting their goals, and help them to build a foundation of coping skills and strategies that promote wellness and well-being.
My clinical training includes work in hospitals, private practice, and family guidance agencies. I also have 15 years of experience working in public schools with elementary, middle, and high school students. In addition to doing individual, family, and group work, I have conducted workshops on a variety of topics, including anxiety, parenting, and stress management.
