Judy Schrader, MA, LMHC, Counselor in Indialantic
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with over 18 years experience, I am dedicated to helping people overcome life's challenges. I believe in guiding someone to their own solutions, based on individual needs, in a safe, confidential and kind environment. My specialties include Couples Connections, Pre-marital Counseling, Divorce, Parenting, Co-parenting, Blended Families, Adolescent Issues and lifting Depression and Anxiety. I'd be honored to help you to achieve your goals and have a more satisfying life. Please feel free to give me a call for a consult.
The adolescent years are often challenging for both the parents and the child. Our children today face many pressures, from peers, social media and school. Their changing bodies and trying to figure out where they belong in this world can cause them to feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, depressed and anxious.
While I am Divorce Coach/Collaborative Specialist, I love working with couples in distress helping them find solutions to save their marriages. I believe in the importance of family and that if at all possible keeping that intact. When necessary my focus is on reasonable endings, and helping the process.
