At times the hurt, anger, anxiety or confusion brought on by life's challenges leaves us stuck or acting ineffectively, unable to determine our best next steps. During these times it can useful to have a guide, someone to help us identify our options, discover opportunities, provide tools for overcoming obstacles, and offer support as we heal and grow. This is my role as a therapist.
I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients, integrating practical skills training with complementary therapy techniques to offer a highly personalized approach for each person. I provide individual, family and group therapy, with particular expertise in the areas of emotional reactivity, challenging relationships, trauma recovery and workplace stress/burnout.
