I am a seasoned, compassionate therapist, assisting individuals and people in relationships to navigate life and heal themselves or their relationships, bringing out their best - beyond what they have previously experienced. I am also skilled in treating those struggling with any addiction to gain and maintain their sobriety. My most unique specialty is helping those with short term memory loss to learn and retain information vital to living a safer and more normal life, once again.
Unresolved issues can hinder you from fulfilling your potential, unsuccessfully attempting to find the answers. If you are struggling to overcome obstacles between you and wholeness and satisfaction in your life, please, give me the privilege of helping you take steps toward achieving what you have been needing and desiring.
My professional experience began in 1997; I am proficient in the Spaced Retrieval Technique (short term memory bypass); I am practicing as a substance abuse counselor of individuals and groups; I help couples using the Needs Dialogue (deep connection through meeting each person's relational needs); Individuals, couples, families, addiction groups, teens, TBI patients, dementia.
