I am a LICSW specializing in Individual and Couples therapy. I am a Certified Gottman Therapist (CGT), A Bringing Baby Home Educator with additional training in Emotion Coaching through the Gottman Institute. I am also a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for engaged couples & married couples. I have lived & worked in several states across the country which, I believe, gives me a more global perspective on issues that we all face from time to time. And with over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist, I am experienced in a broad range of issues; and approach each client with warmth, acceptance and a sense of humor.

My therapeutic approach is based on client need; always with a strengths-based/insight-oriented perspective. As a Certified Gottman Therapist I utilize evidence-based strategies developed by the Gottmans to help couples build their Sound Relationship House. I'm also well trained to help couples who are getting engaged, expecting or parenting young children.

Occasionally I can accept new clients. Please note: I NO LONGER ACCEPT EAP CLIENTS and I DO NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE FOR COUPLES THERAPY.
