I use psychodrama and other experiential methods to help clients get out of their heads so that they can understand the issues that lie at the root of their problems, see things from a different perspective, find their inner resources, and take steps toward the changes they wish to make.

I enjoy working with families, couples, groups and individuals. I work with tweens, adolescents and adults of all ages. I have over 20 years of experience helping people improve their relationships, work through grief, and overcome trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression and other emotional issues.
