I specialize in body-oriented psychotherapy that includes analysis of both the mind and body to deepen your understanding of your issues and to facilitate change. Working with the body can engender more meaningful awareness, symptomatic relief and transformation.
While my clientele is diverse, I work particularly with men. From personal and extensive professional experience, I am well versed in the challenges that modern men face. I am uniquely positioned to help other men understand and challenge the confines of traditional masculinity. I also work with the LGBTQ community, adult professionals, and adoptees.
