Scarlet Graham, MA, CMHC, LPC Intern in Lake Oswego
Are you someone who is willing to go below the surface and really understand what is creating the chaos and anxiety in your life? I'm someone who takes one on a journey through those places and we explore them together over time. It will be a joy and honor to work with you, watch you grow and make significant changes creating serenity and improved wellbeing. With over fifteen years of experience as a therapist and teacher, I have the confidence to walk with you. My hope is each individual may tap into their wise mind, leading to extraordinary results.
I have heard many times, being a person on the autism spectrum feels like being an alien in a strange world of neuortypicals. This perspective invokes awe of the honesty, beauty, vulnerability and ability to survive our culture. I feel greatly blessed to work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum.
Along with traditional talk therapy, I am a member of Sandplay Therapist of America. I offer creative counseling choices of art and SandtrayTherapy; you create a symbolic representation of your world with minatures in a sand tray which facilitates a calming sensory experience, communication and emotion expression and regulation.

Scarlet Graham's Groups

Women's Weight Loss Group

The groups purpose is to empower and support women to find successful weight loss and healthy weight maintenance without food as a substance for coping with stress or depression. This is not a class for emphasis on meal plans but an emphasis on ways to reduce the urge to use food as a substance to abuse. Therapy sheds light on behavioral and thinking errors which prevent us from meeting our goals and promotes positive change and insight. Come support each other in our successes and work through our failures. We can do it! The Intermittent Fasting Diet will be introduced.
