With over 30 years of successful clinical work, I team up with adults, college and senior high students, to help my clients reclaim their power from the problems that have disrupted their lives and relationships. Creating a comfortable healing space, I use Narrative, Strength-focused, Cognitive, and Mindfulness therapies and employ curiosity, humor, and pragmatic dialogue to inspire meaningful insight. I collaborate with clients to develop new skills and re-discover their inherent abilities, valuable in overcoming the challenges that intrude in their lives.
Mental health issues are at an all-time high, compounded by the pandemic, the political scene, and other societal challenges and changes. I specifically assist students struggling with school/college, and all clients challenged with anxiety, depression, and life transitions in an effort to promote hope and create space for positive life change..
Our world has changed drastically in a short period of time. Relationships with people and situations that we have depended on, have turned upside down.
