These skills are also tailored to job performance enhancement/executive coaching, with stellar results for past clients.
I am a published author, have my own registered modality - Characterological Based Strength Training - CBST - combining somatic therapy with structural body work. In addition, I have extensive training and certifications in Gestalt Therapy, Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Addictions Counseling, Personal Fitness Training and Reiki.
