Heather Nuss, MA, MFTI, Marriage & Family Therapist Intern in San Francisco
Would you like to feel more connected to yourself? Do you want to improve your relationships? Are your usual methods of coping just not quite working anymore? Perhaps therapy may serve as a new resource for you. My intention in sessions is to remain curious and creative as we work together to meet your goals. Through my experience, I have seen how the relationship that develops between each therapist and client is unique and can be a great source of healing.
My work with clients extends to many areas including: life transitions, relationship issues, gender identity, sexuality, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, polyamory, and loss.
In each 50 minute session, I provide a respectful, supportive, and collaborative space for slowing down and exploring all parts of the inner world, practicing new ways of being in relationship, and fostering self-compassion. My style is warm, interactive, and heart-centered.
