Many of us feel very alone when we are managing difficult times in our lives. However, you do not have to manage these challenges by yourself! I am here to join you and provide support, compassion, and guidance as you navigate relational issues, life transitions and mental health challenges. I assist my clients by helping them gain insight into their situation as well as by helping them develop skills to better manage their specific challenges.
I counsel individuals as well as couples and I am passionate about helping you successfully navigate the problems and difficulties that you face. Working together, I will guide and support you as we figure out what your counseling needs are and also how to address them.
I am a relational therapist. This means that I believe that the relationship between the client and the therapist is a very significant component of successful therapy. Therefore, I work diligently to facilitate a safe and warm environment that allows clients to feel comfortable enough to share about their challenges which then allows growth to occur.
