I am an African American male whose life experience provides significant insight and resourcefulness for those struggling with relational issues, regardless of race or ethnic background. I have found, along with the richness of diversity, there is far more commonality amongst our species. It is on this ground we meet and explore this experience of life and the solutions to it's dilemmas...your dilemmas.
I successfully work with clients suffering a spectrum of debilitating mood disorders such as, depression and anxiety. Negative beliefs of self often contribute to such emotional struggles. Though I address unresolved issues, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused techniques to motivate clients toward action.
From the segregated theatrical balconies of the deep south to the maturing experiences of corporate america I have been divinely-graced with a confident sense of sameness helping me understand and walk alongside every human. I now know the minute-ness of our differences.
