April 2024 Update: Daytime availability for online sessions starting mid-May - - - Welcome! I am a Portland-based psychotherapist and I provide individual therapy to young adults and adults. I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore past experiences, tackle current stressors, and realize goals for your future. Utilizing a warm and collaborative approach, my goal is to help you move through feelings of worry, fear, sadness, and hopelessness in order to overcome obstacles, break old patterns, and live a fuller, happier life. I can work with clients located in Oregon (in-person and online) and New York (online).
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, pregnancy loss, and other major life transitions. To support you on your therapy journey, I integrate techniques from a variety of treatment approaches personalized to meet your needs, including CBT, Perinatal Mental Health Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy.
I am an in-network provider with Moda, Regence/BCBS, and PacificSource and can provide documentation for OON reimbursement for those with other plans. I am an approved clinical supervisor for Oregon CSWAs and a personal session provider for Somatic Experiencing beginning and intermediate students.
