I see adults, adolescents, and children ages six and older. My ideal client is someone who has had anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, anger management problems, depression, insomnia, loneliness, or suicidal thoughts. If you have fibromyalgia or memory problems sometimes there are ways to turn that around. I do medical screening to see whether there might be a medical issue that contributes to your psychiatric symptoms. Metabolism can be an issue and some might lose weight in treatment. If you are interested in medication-free treatment there are better options today.
In addition to medication management, I help people with substances that are natural to the body. These include vitamins, minerals, food, exercise, stress reduction, and other interventions. I use neurofeedback and PEMF for relaxation, stress reduction, improvement of sleep, and other things. My goal is for you to become independent.
