Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with individuals, couples, and families in my private practice in Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ. With over fourteen years of experience, my practice is centered in working with children (10 and older), adolescents (and their families), and adults. I work with clients who present with a variety of struggles including depression, anxiety, stress management difficulties, parenting questions, and school-related challenges. I use an individualized approach to working with each client and look forward to working with you!

I specialize in working with adolescents and emerging adults (18-30+) who are experiencing challenges related to identity formation, life transitions (middle/high school, work/college), and overall stress management.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness-based treatments that are tailored to meet the needs of each client using a solution-focused, individualized, and supportive approach. I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T).
