Kent A. Tompkins's Groups

Authentic Movement

Discover what your soul needs to balance itself? The format will be in a process oriented group setting. We will combine physical movement, stillness within ourselves, dropping into the felt experiences, dropping out of thought and into mindfulness, exploring natural curiosity, and allowances for utilizing our vulnerabilities as a way of strengthening and balancing our masculine and feminine aspects. Focus will also be on meditation practices, while strengthening intuitive guidance. Participants will have room to provide direction, ownership of the group, while I provide facilitation for the safe, healing container for change.
