Not accepting new clients. We all experience challenges in life. We can allow those to bring us down or to overcome them. Ideally through those situations we can learn and draw strength & wisdom. That's where I'd like to come in to help. Change isn't easy but together we can work to minimize your negative coping skills, thoughts and reactions. You can learn to cope in healthy ways & improve your quality of life. I'd like to walk alongside you during that journey & see you come out the other side a stronger, healthier, happier person.
I see clients ages 12 & up. I have worked extensively with adolescents who exhibit behavioral issues and who have suffered trauma. I have experience with parents trying to survive the challenging job of parenting. I have assisted adults who find themselves overwhelmed by relationships, work and other stressors. I’d be honored to help you too!
