We are constantly juggling the pressures of relationships, parenting, work, finances and hopefully our own self care. Life is hard and while I believe people are doing the best they can, we can all benefit from new ways of coping and relating to others. I have been practicing as a marriage and family therapist in the North Shore since 2004. I work primarily with individual adults and couples who are navigating the typical stresses of marriage and parenting as well as work through the challenges of intimacy, infidelity and divorce. In addition, I help families improve communication and connection with their adolescents.
Whether you come in on your own, with a significant other or your entire family, my goal is for you to feel supported, nurtured, appropriately challenged and empowered throughout our therapeutic relationship. We will work together to understand the issues and develop strategies to improve the overall quality of your life and your relationships.
